Reputation is important to you. You want to own a vehicle that can deliver an exceptional experience every day. This experience starts with your first interaction at the dealership and continues through the purchase and service visits. You want a good relationship with the brand of vehicle you drive. It all starts with that brand having a positive reputation.

Recently, Nissan was recognized among the top non-luxury automotive brands in the 2024-2025 Automotive Reputation Report.  According to that report, Nissan placed third with a Reputation Score of 705. This marks the sixth consecutive year that Nissan has ranked among the top five brands since the inaugural report in 2019.

The annual Reputation Report evaluates automotive brands and dealerships across North America using a proprietary Reputation Score, which measures sentiment, engagement, and visibility on a 100- to 1,000-point scale.

This year’s report analyzed feedback from 5.5 million car buyers, offering insights into the evolving sentiment of auto consumers, the influence of online reviews on car sales, and the characteristics of top-performing dealerships. The report confirms that brands prioritizing reputation management experience increased customer satisfaction.

Reputation management and customer satisfaction begin by providing you with a host of services designed to improve your Nissan ownership experience. These services are also created to go beyond meeting your needs.

For example, vehicle ownership is made easier thanks to the SignatureFLEX leasing program. That includes flexible mileage limits that match your usage rather than a set limit that restricts you. In addition, Nissan Maintenance Care helps keep your new vehicle in top shape by providing you with your first three oil changes within the first two years or 24,000 miles—whichever comes first.

ARIYA and Leaf owners benefit from the recent expansion of the NISSAN ENERGY Charge Network. By adding the Tesla Supercharger Network, Nissan EV owners now have access to over 100,000 public EV charging stations across the country.

To make the shopping experience better, we offer Nissan@Home for those of you who are too busy to come to our dealership. This program gives you the opportunity to shop, purchase, conduct a test drive, and even collect and return your Nissan for service—all from the convenience of your home or office.

These programs alone offer a peace of mind that not many automakers provide to their customers. Nissan does so because we believe in our customers and our products. That is why Nissan was recognized as a brand that will treat you right – from when you start looking for a new vehicle to when you trade it in for a newer one.
