Service department refused to rotate my tires stating because I could use a new set. I explained I was purchasing a set end of month just wanted the better tires on front. I went to another local tire company and was told I could rotate after this rotation must get a set(which I was already aware of. I have bought 6 or 7 cars from the DS dealerships. When I left the dealership on the 14 of July, 2025. I felt as if had been ripped off, and given nothing to protect me.

I am an old customer, I've owned Nissan since 2007, and using the Dick Smith facilities since 2008.

Great service very fast the service advisor was very fast was in and out in great time.

Usually the service at Dick Smith Nissan is top notch… but this particular visit was not pleasant. In short, there was a lot of miscommunication from service advisors and I ended up being inconvenienced as far as the original time frame that my car would be ready and the price for my service was substantially higher. Confidence in this dealership was fractured a bit.

Nissan serviced my car today and i was very pleased.Kaitlyn Dock, (my service advisor) got me out ahead of time.She was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Took my vehicle twice to be fixed only to find out that the $1300 I spent the first time was a waste and not the real problem. Took my vehicle to another repair shop and they diagnosed the problem within hours and provided a detailed explanation. Thought taking my vehicle to original manufacturer would have been the best decision but it was a costly one with no success. Maybe great for basic services like oil changes but nothing beyond that.

They provide fair service. They should update how they receive coupons. I would recommend them.

Car was extremely clean when I picked it up fast service, friendly cashier, she was very professional.

A telescoping baton and a tactical knife were stolen from the vehicle while at the dealership. I called the dealership and told them what happened, and I received a "these things will happen" response.

A car recall repair was scheduled without the confirmation that the part needed for the repair was in stock. It was not in stock. I spent the day without a vehicle, having to get rides( no courtesy car provided) to drop off the car and then pick it up after work. Please do not schedule an appointment unless you have the parts to fix the vehicle.

Easy access. Waiting areas always clean. Plenty of seating. Plenty of materials about car accessories.

Issue with vehicle not resolved . Had to go somewhere else to get it checked out and still not driving my vehicle.

The technician was very friendly and professional. The car was ready when expected and there were any hassles to purchase anything beyond what I brought my vehicle in for.

2 hour wait, they lost one of my tire caps where you air up the tire, they didn’t have my paperwork ready because the woman went to lunch.and it appears they don’t do courtesy was/vacuum like they said they do on my first visit. I only go here because of my warranty services.
