It took 7 weeks to get the car fixed. That says it all. Much of the fault might have been delays on the part of the insurance company -- State Farm, but communication and follow up from the dealership was very poor. The service agent was very nice but follow-up was a big, big problem.

The service was great. The wait time was excessive for an appointment. I thought an appointment meant you would be serviced upon arrival.
I would think getting your vehicle checked out requires preventative maintenance and for it to be hooked up to the computer and clear out any errors. I shouldn't have to wait for an engine light to come on or pay $400 to clear a code so the AC would work. This review is not the service advisor its a business overall review.

The dealership was clean. It has plenty of space. All employees seem to very professional. Only thing negative with this appointment was the vending machine was out of order.
I had a big emergency and my service person Michael calmed me down and got me taken care of by fitting me in and quickly accessing my cars issues.

I don’t understand the point of making appointments if the wait time is the same as not having an appointment. I came in on Monday first, was told it would be a 2 1/2 hr wait. Left made an appointment for Wednesday, got there, was told it would be a 2 1/2 hr wait……? An oil change price is extremely high, should send out coupons to repeat customers.
Several things. First I came in for an oil change and it took almost two hours. The girl writing up my work order kept assuming it was time for several different services on my car when she never looked back on my history to see those services were not necessary at this time. Finally when the service tech working on my oil change was finished he forgot to lower the post lifts under my car and got my car stuck on the lifts. I made an appointment for an oil change and tires rotation. I arrived and was checked in. The service representative stated my wait time would be an hour or more. What’s the point in making an appointment. The next time I just may drive in without an appointment.
Unfortunately there was a Mishandling of our warranty claim procedure.after some effort is was fixed and the $ amount was reduced.
Completely satisfied with my maintenance service! In and out without a hassle. Very pleasant service representatives.

Was given a 3+ hour wait time. I agreed and was disappointed to see after my vehicle's service was completed it was just sitting and i wasn’t notified.

It took three visits on our brand new vehicle and only got it resolved because the amazing sales guy Brandon, Mike the manager and Jessica helped. (Brandon, Mike, Jessica = good). Service center = bad. I cannot recommend this dealership because of the service department. A brand new car bought weeks ago should not have to go in three times! We have been servicing our 2018 Murano and 2019 Pathfinder at this location since these vehicles were new, and the service has been excellent and the care needed has been routine maintenance. Neither cas needed something that wasn't routine. The service team has been easy to work with. Our favorite has been Rick.
My experience in purchasing the truck was great. There was a recall on 2025 murano so I made an appointment that was easy. But when I arrived to the service department the i didn't know where to really go so I pulled in the first drive up Karel I believe she chk me in gave me a nasty look as if I was coming with some problems at the end of the day. I was very disappointed in the service department, I had an appointment for 745am, for a simple oil change a s tire Rotation, and it took 3hrs to complete and I was in the express lane. Is 3hrs the normal time for an oil change? I hope the other nissan service department are not like this. If so I'll start using oil express oil changing places. I.e. the new Valvoline places that are popping up every where, no line ,no waiting long. Thanks.
