Nissan Adds New Pet-Friendly Accessories Made for You

Our lives revolve around so many things, including our pets. That is why we love our pets so much that we can’t live without them.

That includes taking them along for the ride.

According to a Pew Research Center survey, nearly two-thirds of Americans (62%) have a pet, and 97% say their pets are “part of the family.”

Nissan recognizes this and has created a line of accessories that makes your vehicle pet-friendly.

Until recently, the only way to make your pet comfortable inside your Nissan was to purchase products from pet supply stores, big box stores, and online retailers. In some cases, they worked. In other cases, they did not fit your Nissan and your pet’s needs.

Through this experience, Nissan’s engineers worked to develop a range of vehicle-specific items for our popular models. These accessories were engineered to fit each vehicle’s exact shape and layout.

The harness also includes a tether strap, which secures it to a rear seatbelt buckle.
