​​2025 Kicks named to 2025 Wards 10 Best Interiors & UX List​

Wards Auto differs from other automotive websites and publications because its awards don’t go to entire vehicles. Instead, it breaks things down with “10 Best” awards for Engines and Propulsion Systems and Interior and UX (User Experience). Dick Smith Nissan of Columbia is proud to inform you that Wards Auto has given the redesigned Nissan Kicks a coveted spot on their 10 Best Interior & UX list. 

This doesn’t come as a surprise. From the moment it was first revealed, the Kicks’ interior was immediately recognized as punching far above its subcompact SUV weight. From the standard digital driver display, which on SV and SR models extends to a 12.3-inch center screen, to the deft mix of digital and physical controls, to the surprisingly high-quality materials for its category, the Kicks is a delight to sit in. 

The annual Wards 10 Best Interiors & UX competition evaluates the interiors and technologies of new and redesigned vehicles for the year. For 2025, 34 vehicles were included, all of which were assessed based on design and aesthetics, comfort, materials, fit and finish, connectivity and infotainment, displays and controls, as well as driver assistance content and value.

It is worth pointing out that the Kicks is one of the least expensive new vehicles on the market, with a starting MSRP of $21,830. The SV is priced at $23,680, and the top-of-the-line SR still has an MSRP of just $26,180 or $27,680 if equipped with all-wheel drive. So, every version of the Kicks is affordable.    

At the SR level, you will find the 12.3-inch center screen, Intelligent Around View® Monitor, ambient lighting, and wireless Apple CarPlay® (also on SV), along with a leather-wrapped steering wheel, automatic climate control, and Nissan’s zero-gravity seats. Additionally, a 10-speaker Bose® audio system and heated seats are available.
